Fall Fun

Here are some long overdue pictures of our fall festivities.  Madi had her nose glued into the Harry Potter books for months.  So no big surprise that she wanted to be Hermione for Halloween.

Now we weren't thinking ahead with little Miss Gracie.  We looked at costumes, but didn't actually try to buy one until a couple days before Halloween.  I wanted to be sure I found the cutest one.  Mistake!  By the time I was ready to buy and went back out to the stores, the only costumes left that came close to fitting her were dog costumes.  They were EVERYWHERE!  But no baby costumes.  I struggled to even find a fall themed shirt that came in her size.  She's as cute as ever though.

This is always one of my favorite scenes.  Madi tells us how badly she wants to make jack-o-lanterns.  Look at her face when the time actually arrives!  She is so grossed out by what's in there.  She begs us to do this part for her.  We are terrible parents, but we make her do at least some of it every year just for our entertainment ;)

Sppoooookkkkyyyyy!!

This is what a baby does while her sister cleans the pumpkins.  One of her last moments in her swing before she outgrew it.
