The kids were so creative. There were a couple Tom and Jerrys, a little red riding hood and even salt and pepper. What a fun activity for the girls!

Daddy Daughter Night
Madi's activity day leader decided to host a daddy daughter evening. They were to come dressed as a famous couple and come up with a skit to help people guess who they were. They all brought their daddys' favorite treats and shared. Madi decided to do princess and the frog, since we had just watched the movie. She declared that SHE wanted to be the princess and DADDY could be the frog. As if there were any question about that ;) They took pictures of everyone doing their skits. Someone was kind enough to snap a shot of them as well. FYI - I did not have a thing to do with Madi's princess costume. She did that all herself. The only thing I did was bake some lemon bars and make some frog masks. Even that was simple - just used my cricut.

That does sound like fun. I'm going to have to steal that one.
ReplyDeleteKnow what else they did? We missed it because we were out of town :( They did a mother daughter camp out in someone's back yard. I don't know what they did while they were there, because we missed it. But Madi was DEVASTATED! I thought it was a great idea!!
